Where do I send my product(s) if it needs to be returned and what are the requirements?Updated 10 months ago
To return your product, please contact [email protected] to initiate the return process. Once the return or exchange has been approved, an email will be sent to the email address on file with your return address label.
*Products purchased on sale are final and not eligible for return/exchange.
Keep in mind the following requirements:
- You (the customer) have 14 days to request a refund/exchange after the delivery date.
- You (the customer) have 7 days to send items back after the return labels link is shared.
